Terms & Conditions

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions. If the customer requires 4x4, they can pay the extra charges. Sharing Type: Selected by Customer will be as follows:

Trip Inclusion

Accommodation : On triple sharing basis. Stay is separate for Male and Female.

Cloak room : Space to keep extra luggage.

Meals : Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner is included. We provide simple, nutritious Veg/Jain food on all days of thetrek.

For Non-veg, participants need to pay INR 800/- extra.

Rucksack : A 60 litre bag with rain cover is provided for using in trekking. You can deposit your extra luggage with your bags at our camp site.

Camping charges : All trekking permits and forestcamping charges are included.

Gaiters : To prevent snow from entering inside your shoe.

Trekking equipment : High quality tents and sleeping bags inall the camps. Sleeping bags can withstand temperatures as low as -10 ºC.

Safety equipment and Emergency: First aid kit, oxygen cylinders, oximeter etc.will be with guide/trek leader and at camp site as well to deal withemergencies.

Expert trek Leaders : All our trek leaders are at least qualified in basic / advanced mountaineering and first aid course.

Expert Trek support team : The mountain staff on this trek consists of certified guides, cooks, helpers and porters.

 

Trip Exclusion

  • Day 01: Reporting at base camp in Manali.
    • First Day is kept for rest and Acclimatisation.
    • For reaching base camp on time, one should board a bus for Manali with reaching time before 9 am.
    • Get down 20 Kms.
    • before at a junction called “Patli-kuhal”.
    • Our cabs are already present there from 7 am to 9 am to take you to Rumsu base camp.
    • Participants coming after 9 am have to take a share cab for Rumsu village by their own, which is 11 kms from Patlikuhal.
    • Once you reach Camp, you will undergo registration process and then for an acclimatisation walk.
    • After walk participants will be distributed Trekking bags, Gaiters( to prevent snow enter your shoes) and trekking sticks.
  • Day 02: Rumsu to Kheer Ganga.
    • All the participant will leave the base camp by 8 AM with their breakfast and packed lunch to start the trek.
    • We will start with a jeep ride for Barshaini from Rumsu.
    • We will trek from Barshaini till Kheer Ganga, the first day campsite.
    • It takes around 4-5 hours to complete this part of the trek.
    • The trek is easy with less ascend.
    • There is a small village(Nathan) and then a bridge over the ferocious Parvati which comes across during the trek to Kheer Ganga.
    • The place is known for its hot water spring.
    • Don’t forget to take a dip in it.
    • Overnight stay at KheerGanga.
  • Day 03: Trek from Kheer Ganga to Tunda Bhuj.
    • We will start the trek by 9 AM from Kheer Ganga for Tunda Bhuj.
    • The trek takes around 5-6 hours.
    • The route is easy with a moderate ascend in the end.
    • The entire route runs on the left side of Parvati River.
    • One can find Gujjar Settlements at Tunda Bhuj.
  • Day 04: Trek from Tunda Bhuj to Thakur Kuan.
    • The trek from Tunda Bhuj to Thakur Kuan runs almost on a normal plain with very less ascend on the right side of Parvati River.
    • We will cross two wooden bridges on the way.After crossing it there is a climb of around one hour to reach to Thakur Kuan.
    • The campsite is very pretty with a big plain ground on the left side ofParvati River.
  • Day 05: Trek from Thakur Kuan to RubiThach.
    • The trek takes around 4-5 hours and runs almost plain with some intermediate ascend.
    • There are two difficult bridges on the way which are made up of big individual rock boulders.
    • The bridge is known as Pandav bridge and it’s believed that Bheem, one of the Pandavas made it.
    • The place is commonly visited byshepherds for its rich pasture.
  • Day 06: Trek from Rubi Thach to Mantalai
    • The trek from Rubi Thach to Manatali is agradual climb and takes around 5 hours via another thach on the way know as Odi Thach.
    • Mantalai is the place where Parvati could be seen in a lake form.
    • The place is of religious significance and idols of Shiva, Ganesha and Trishul could be seen on the bank.
    • The views are very scenic.
    • Overnight at Mantalai.
  • Day 07: Trek from Mantalai to Parvati side base camp.
    • The main ascend of the trek starts from Mantalai till Parvati side base camp.
    • There is a big stream that comes on the way known as Kala Khor nalla.
    • Care should be taken while crossing and its advisable that it gets crossed before 10 AM, when the flow is minimum.
    • We will then start with the descend till Parvati side base camp.
    • Hard snow bed could be found on the way to the campsite
  • Day 08: Trek from Parvati side base camp to Pin side base camp.
    • The trek from Parvati side base camp to Pine side base camp starts early in the morning by 6 AM so that we cross the glacier patch before the sun comes out and makes it slippery.
    • Peaks like South Parvati and Ganesh could be seen just before reaching the Pass.
    • The top of the pass has a small temple.
    • The descend till Pin side base camp is moderately average as some part of it goes on glacier and other on scree.
    • After the descend is done, we will cross the Pine Nala with help of rope to reach Pin side base camp.
  • Day 09: Trek from Pin side base camp to Mud base camp
    • The last day trek is easy and is almost plain but long.
    • The initial part of the trek goes on the left side of Pin Nala.
    • The route then joins to a road (no vehicles run over it) to reach Mud village.
    • The total distance is around 35kms.
  • Day 10: Mud to Manali and Departure.
    • We will start for Manali early by 6AM from Kaza.
    • One will come across the famous Kunzum top(4,590 mts.) which connects the Kullu Valley and Lahaul Valley with the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh and Rohtang Pass(13,000 ft) while riding to Manali.
