• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions. If the customer requires 4x4, they can pay the extra charges. Sharing Type: Selected by Customer will be as follows:

  • Day 1: ARRIVAL SRINAGAR/PAHALGAM/ ARU▼
    • Upon reaching Srinagar, your next destination is Pahalgam, a well-known spot located roughly 100 kilometers away, serving as a convenient base close to the capital city.
    • If you plan to travel independently, you can take a shared vehicle from Srinagar, which usually covers the distance in approximately 3 hours.
    • There are two routes to Pahalgam: one through Anantnag and the other through Bijbehra, the latter being more popular due to its scenic beauty, featuring apple orchards, walnut groves, and apricot trees.
    • Once you reach Pahalgam, Aru is just across the Lidder River, and it takes a short half-hour journey to get there.
    • After a 4-hour drive from Srinagar, you will arrive in Aru.
    • Enjoy a delicious dinner and prepare for a peaceful overnight stay at the homestay.
  • Day 2: ARU/MONDLAN & TREK TO BHAJ MARGI▼
    • After a hearty breakfast, begin your day with an 8-kilometer drive from Aru to Mondian, a brief 20-minute journey.
    • From Mondian, the trail gently ascends through a forested slope adorned with walnut trees and occasional clearings, creating a serene start to your trek.
    • About 2 hours in, the path enters a dense coniferous forest with a well-marked trail, featuring a gentle ascent of about one kilometer.
    • A freshwater stream on the left serves as the last water source before reaching Bhaj Margi.
    • Upon reaching Bhaj Margi meadows, enjoy panoramic views and a peaceful atmosphere.
    • If you arrive early, consider exploring or visiting Dadwar meadows, just 1.5 hours away.
    • As night falls, relish a satisfying dinner and settle in for a restful overnight stay at the campsite.
  • Day 3: TREK TO NAFRAN VALLEY VIA ARRAM PATHRI RANGE▼
    • After breakfast, take the path to your right and embark on a 2.5-kilometer journey with a gentle ascent, leading to the summit of Arram Patri ridge.
    • The trail includes an undulating climb followed by a steeper ascent lasting about 15 to 20 minutes.
    • Upon reaching the ridge’s pinnacle, enjoy sweeping views of Bhaj Margi and Dadwar meadows before descending towards Arram Patri Ridge, navigating a steep and rocky terrain for about an hour.
    • Continue along the Nafran River, following a faintly visible trail through boulder-strewn sections, requiring patience and careful navigation.
    • Before reaching Harnag Pass, traverse three tiers of small grasslands and consecutive boulder sections, reminiscent of the three-step waterfall in the Rupin Pass trek.
    • After a demanding 6-hour trek, arrive at the Nafran campsite, enclosed by mountains in the Nafran Valley.
    • Spend the evening unwinding, exploring the valley, and enjoying a hearty dinner before a peaceful overnight stay.
  • Day 4: TREK TO HARNAG LAKE VIA HARNAG PASS▼
    • After breakfast, begin your journey toward Harnag Pass, located 2 kilometers northeast of the Nafran campsite.
    • The initial trail is relatively flat but gradually gains altitude as you pass a cluster of shepherd huts.
    • More than half of the climb consists of rugged terrain with rocks and boulders, making navigation time-consuming.
    • Upon reaching the summit of Kegas Pass, enjoy panoramic views of the Nafran Valley behind you and the Harnag Valley ahead, with Harnag Lake centrally positioned.
    • The descent from the pass features similar rocky terrain, requiring caution to avoid injury.
    • Stay on the left-hand side of the trail and use the loose stones placed by shepherds to cross the stream safely.
    • Follow the trail leading toward Harnag Lake, being cautious on the final slope, which may be prone to landslides.
    • Streams flowing into the lake add to the scenic beauty of the descent.
    • Look for a small extension of the lake on your right; the adjacent clearing marks your arrival at the Harnag campsite.
    • Enjoy a hearty dinner and settle in for an overnight stay at the camp.
  • Day 5: TREK TO HARBHAGWAN LAKE /HARNAG LAKE▼
    • After a satisfying breakfast, begin your journey on a well-defined trail through a spacious valley, which gradually transitions into an undulating path.
    • After crossing two streams, you’ll reach the Kolahoi Glacier viewpoint, about 2 kilometers from Harnag Lake.
    • Spot a pointed peak to the right of the glacier—your gateway to Harbhagwan Lake.
    • From here, the trail becomes steeper, leading to a challenging 3-kilometer ascent with an altitude gain of approximately 2,264 feet.
    • Proceed slowly and be vigilant for any symptoms of high-altitude sickness.
    • The ascent starts on soft, grassy terrain and includes several boulder-strewn sections, requiring careful navigation to avoid slips or falls.
    • As you reach a relatively flat surface on the ridge, the trail may become faint, so use a stream flowing from the top as a guide.
    • Follow this stream through a steep ascent, which will lead directly to the shoreline of Harbhagwan Lake.
    • The lake is a breathtaking sight, with large chunks of ice breaking off from the hanging glacier to feed its pristine blue waters.
    • Spend ample time enjoying the serene beauty of the lake before retracing your steps along the same trail.
    • Return to the Harnag Lake campsite for a well-deserved dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.
  • Day 6: TREK FROM HARNAG LAKE TO ARRAM PATHRI▼
    • After a satisfying breakfast, begin your journey back towards Arram Pathri, a picturesque flat meadow, retracing the same trail in reverse.
    • The most challenging part of the trek is now behind you, making today's journey more manageable and enjoyable.
    • Follow the trail back toward Harnag Pass, being mindful of moderate to steep descents along the way.
    • Traverse the pass carefully, as the descent can be tricky and requires caution.
    • Upon reaching the campsite, enjoy a hearty dinner and settle in for an overnight stay at the camp.
  • Day 7: TREK TO ARU / DRIVE TO SRINAGAR)▼
    • After a satisfying breakfast, take the trail to the right from Arram Pathri, as the leftward path leads to Mondlan.
    • This new route offers a fresh landscape through a different section of the Nafran Valley.
    • Enjoy a peaceful walk along the Nafran River, crossing several streams and the river itself via a makeshift bridge.
    • Pass through scenic landmarks like Kanzal Pathi and Gagad Pathi, where vast open valleys provide breathtaking views.
    • Experience the serene convergence of the Nafran and Ghash Aangan rivers.
    • Between Gagad Pathi and Kanzal Pathi, walk through dense coniferous forests, creating a captivating natural experience.
    • A cluster of shepherd huts at Ghirwad serves as a gentle reminder of civilization.
    • Upon reaching Aru, enjoy a well-deserved lunch and some relaxation before embarking on your return journey to Srinagar.
    • Upon arrival, have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
  • Day 8: SRINAGAR DEPARTURE▼
    • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
    • An in-time assisted departure transfer will be provided to catch the flight for your onward destination.

In Kashmir, as per rules below are the places we have to take

Union Vehicles for sightseeing. We can book it for you on request or you can directly book and pay at the counter as well.

Sonamarg

Our vehicle will take you to Sonamarg.
But to visit Thajiwas Glacier you will have to book a
Pony / Horse directly at Sonamarg.
Approximate Pony / Horse Charges: Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2000/- per person

To visit Zero Point, you have to take a Union Vehicle. This is directly payable at actual.
We do not add this in package because visit to Zero Point is depend on weather conditions.
Approximately Union Cab Charges (sharedcab in 5 to 6 pax): Rs. 6100/- to Rs. 7000/- per
cab
During peak winters, vehicles do not go up to Sonamarg due to Snow.
 
 
Gulmarg

During peak winter/skiing season our vehicle can go up to Tanmarg only (depending on a
snow) from here you will have to take a chain vehicle to reach Gulmarg. Approximately
Chain Vehicle Charges (Shared between 4 to 6 pax): Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 1600/- per vehicle
On other days once you will reach Gulmarg, from Parking you can walk to Gondola Cable
Car Counter (1 km approx. one way) or you can opt for a Pony/ ATV at direct payment
basis.

Approximate Pony / Horse Charges: Rs. 300/ to Rs. 500/- per person Approximate ATV
