• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions. Day 1: ARRIVAL SRINAGAR PAHALGAM/ARU VALLEY▼
- Upon arrival in Srinagar, begin your journey towards Pahalgam, a picturesque destination approximately 100 kilometers away.
- To reach Aru Valley, your ultimate destination, travel an additional 12 kilometers from Pahalgam.
- Consider taking the scenic Bijbehra route, which passes through the beautiful rural landscapes of Kashmir.
- Along the way, enjoy the sight of lush apple orchards, walnut trees, and apricot groves, enhancing the beauty of the journey.
- After a four-hour drive from Srinagar, arrive at Aru Valley and settle into a comfortable homestay or guesthouse for the night.
Day 2: TREK FROM ARU TO LIDDERWAT▼
- After breakfast, begin a 10-kilometer, 6-hour trek from Aru to Lidderwat, following the Lidder River.
- Enjoy scenic views of Aru as you pass through forests and clearings, with opportunities to spot Gujjars on horseback.
- Cross two clear streams on the way, eventually arriving at Lidderwat, where you'll find a few Gujjar huts.
- The area offers camping spots near clear streams, providing a peaceful and picturesque environment.
- In the evening, explore a nearby Gujjar settlement for a unique cultural experience before settling in for the night at the campsite.
Day 3: TREK FROM LIDDERWAT TO SHEKWAS▼
- After breakfast, begin the trail to Tarsar with a straightforward ascent behind the PDA huts, following the river's course into a pine forest.
- Continue uphill for about 1.5 hours until reaching expansive grasslands that merge with snow-capped mountains.
- Cross the river and stop at Gujjar huts in Homwas for tea, then continue through a narrow valley with the river beside you.
- Pass old Silver Birch trees and a vast grassy expanse leading to two green valleys, reaching Shekwas, a beautiful camping ground for Tarsar trekkers.
- In the evening, climb the grassy ridge behind the campsite to enjoy a breathtaking sunset view from the opposite valley before settling in for the night.
Day 4: TREK FROM SHEKWAS TO TARSAR▼
- After breakfast, begin the trail from Shekwas, which leads through grassy terrain.
- The trail climbs a ridge overlooking a stream, and after about two hours, you will catch your first glimpse of Tarsar Lake.
- Cross the stream on boulders to reach the lake and set up your tents on the flat, grassy shores.
- In the evening, explore the lake's surroundings, especially the far end, to enjoy a different view of the turquoise-blue waters and snow patches.
- Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the camps by the lake, taking in the stunning beauty of the area.
Day 5: TREK FROM TARSAR TO SUNDERSAR VIA TARSAR PASS▼
- After breakfast, enjoy the fantastic view from the other side of the Tarsar pass, with a vast grassy valley stretching out in all its beauty.
- This valley leads to Shekwas meadows, but climbing the pass saves several hours of trekking.
- Descend from the pass, following a shepherd's trail into the valley.
- Alongside a stream on the grassy valley floor, you'll spot Bakkarval shelters.
- Continue for about ten minutes, then cross well-placed boulders to reach a knoll.
- Beyond the knoll lies the breathtaking Jagmargi meadows, filled with flowers, sheep, horses, and a serene stream—like something out of a fairy tale.
- Take your time to savor this magical place before following the trail to the end of the meadow, hopping over boulders.
- Climb for 15 minutes to reach the base of a ridge, and then ascend through a boulder-lined valley for another 15 minutes to reach the ridge top.
- On the other side, find another vast meadow filled with flowers and a ridge marking the exit route of the Tarsar trek.
- Follow the trail to the left, leading to snow-covered mountain slopes, and after a short climb past a stream, arrive at Sundarsar Lake, surrounded by picturesque camping spots.
- It's the perfect place to rest after the incredible trek from Tarsar.
- Dinner and overnight at camps.
Day 6: TREK FROM SUNDERSAR TO HOMWAS VIA MARSAR▼
- After breakfast at Sundarsar, circle the lake's right shoreline to reach the far side.
- There are two passes to Narsar, with the quicker one being the boulder-covered trail on the left.
- It takes about half an hour to reach the pass, and an ice axe or trekking pole helps on the snowy boulders.
- From the pass, descend to flatter terrain, cross brooks, and reach a ridge offering a stunning view of Marsar, which is often hidden and shrouded in clouds.
- Retrace your steps to Marsar, then return to Sundarsar in about 40 minutes.
- After breakfast at Sundarsar, start your trek back to Homwas via a different route, enjoying a fresh perspective on the trek.
- Retrace your steps through the beautiful Jagmargi valley, and from Shekwas, it’s about an hour’s walk to Homwas, where you’ll camp for the night and have dinner.
Day 7: TREK FROM HOMWAS TO ARU. DRIVE TO SRINAGAR▼
- After breakfast, today's journey retraces your initial route through Lidderwat, but this time it's a downhill trek and quite speedy.
- The descent from Homwas to Lidderwat takes about 2 hours.
- This part of the trek allows you to witness views you might have missed initially, including the shrinking Kolahoi glacier.
- You’ll also see the pine forests of Lidderwat in a new light compared to your first day of trekking.
- After a brief rest in Lidderwat, you'll head towards Aru, covering a distance of 10 kilometers in approximately 4 hours.
- Take a lunch break along the way, and you should arrive in Aru by 4 in the afternoon.
- From Aru, transfer to Srinagar, which will take you another 4 hours to reach.
- Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: SRINAGAR DEPARTURE▼
- After breakfast, transfer to the airport.
- Catch the flight for your onward destination.

In Kashmir, as per rules below are the places we have to take

Union Vehicles for sightseeing. We can book it for you on request or you can directly book and pay at the counter as well.

Sonamarg

Our vehicle will take you to Sonamarg.

But to visit Thajiwas Glacier you will have to book a
Pony / Horse directly at Sonamarg.

Approximate Pony / Horse Charges: Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2000/- per person

To visit Zero Point, you have to take a Union Vehicle. This is directly payable at actual.

We do not add this in package because visit to Zero Point is depend on weather conditions.
Approximately Union Cab Charges (sharedcab in 5 to 6 pax): Rs. 6100/- to Rs. 7000/- per
cab
During peak winters, vehicles do not go up to Sonamarg due to Snow.

Gulmarg

During peak winter/skiing season our vehicle can go up to Tanmarg only (depending on a
snow) from here you will have to take a chain vehicle to reach Gulmarg. Approximately
Chain Vehicle Charges (Shared between 4 to 6 pax): Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 1600/- per vehicle
On other days once you will reach Gulmarg, from Parking you can walk to Gondola Cable
Car Counter (1 km approx. one way) or you can opt for a Pony/ ATV at direct payment
basis.

Approximate Pony / Horse Charges: Rs. 300/ to Rs. 500/- per person Approximate ATV
