A 4x4 vehicle will not be in any climatic conditions. If the customer requires 4x4, they can pay the extra charges.

Sharing Type by Customer Will Be As Follows:

• Quad Sharing: 4 People in Room (1 Bed + 2 Extra Beddings on Floor)

• Triple Sharing: 3 People in 1 Room (1 Bed + 1 Extra Bedding on Floor)

• Double Sharing: 2 People in 1 Room (1 Bed With No Extra Bedding)

Management Accepts No Responsibility For Injuries or The Loss/Theft Of Any Personal Property During The Tour.

In case of any breakdown or delay to the breakdown in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. Backup Vehicle Will Be Provided Only to Those Who Are Traveling With Bikes.

Voyagers Beat is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incident.

Registrations/Tickets Once Cannot Be Exchanged, Cancelled, or Refunded.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permissible, as we cannot abide hotel policies, and we have to follow standard hotel policies. No special arrangements can be done in this regard. Check-in time varies as per hotel policies.
