• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions. If the customer requires 4x4, they can pay the extra charges. Sharing Type: Selected by Customer will be as follows:

    • We’ll start with our day with breakfast and start our sightseeing.
    • Visit Mathi Temple dedicated to the Goddess of the local people of Kinnaur Treat your stomach with a satisfying plate of steamy momos or rajma chawal at ‘Hindustan Ka Aakhri Dhaba.
    • Sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Baspa Valley from around the camp and a majestic view of the snow-clad mountains.
    • Move towards the other side of the Baspa River for a short-day hike while enjoying the forest area along the Baspa River.
    • Hike upto Kamru Fort and take a glimpse into the artistic legacy of the past.
    • Return to the hotel/homestay for a gorgeous sunset and home-style cooked dinner around the bonfire.
  • Day 3: Chikul to Kalpa
    • Post Breakfast, we will leave from Chitkul to Kalpa.
    • On the way, we will stop to explore Sangla’s local market.
    • After arriving in Kalpa, visit the famous Roghi Suside point and treat your eyes with the mind blowing view of the holy Kinnaur Kailash.
    • Visit Hu-Ba-Lan-Kar Monastery, Narayan Nagini temple, the oldest Lord Vishnu temple and Chandika Devi Fort.
    • In the evening, explore Reckong Peo’s local market.
    • Check-in to our cozy hotel/homestay, enjoy hot served dinner and overnight stay at Kalpa.
  • Day 4: Kalpa to Shimla & Departure to Delhi
    • After breakfast, we will leave from Kalpa to Shimla.
