Terms & Conditions

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions. If the customer requires 4x4, they can pay the extra charges. Sharing Type: Selected by Customer will be as follows:

Sightseeing – Visits to major attractions like Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge, Kalighat Temple, Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Belur Math, and Gangasagar.

Gangasagar Transfers – Transport arrangements for Gangasagar, including ferry and local vehicle.

Driver Allowances & Parking Fees – All tolls, fuel, parking charges, and driver allowances included.

Trip Exclusion

Airfare/Train Tickets – Travel costs to and from Kolkata are not included.

Entry Fees & Guide Charges – Entry tickets to museums, parks, and personal guide fees are extra.

Boat Charges at Gangasagar – Ferry or boat charges to reach Gangasagar are not included.

Personal Expenses – Shopping, additional meals, tips, and room service charges.

Special Puja or Ritual Costs – Charges for special pujas, donations, or religious rituals at temples.

Any Unspecified Activities – Adventure activities, cultural programs, or additional sightseeing beyond the itinerary.

Travel Insurance – Not included; travelers must arrange their own insurance coverage.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out – Subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

  • Day 1 : Arrival Bhubaneswar
    • Pickup from Bhubaneswar airport and proceed to Puri.
    • En-route visit Dhauli (the peace pagoda), Lingaraj Temple, and Chausath (64) Yogini Temple.
    • After reaching Puri, check into the hotel in the evening and enjoy at Puri Beach.
    • Overnight at Puri.
  • Day 2 :Puri - (Jagannath Temple) - Chilika Lake ( Satpada)
    • After morning breakfast, Darshan at Sri Jagannath Temple (Non-Hindus are not allowed), Gundicha Temple (Mausima Temple), and Bedi Hanuman Temple.
    • Depart for Satapada, Chilka.
    • En-route visit Alarnath Temple.
    • After reaching Chilika Lake, take a boat (by own cost/direct payment) to meet the Irrawaddy Dolphins in nature and visit the Hradaya-Sagar Sangam or the sea mouth (the point where the lake meets the sea).
    • Enjoy the day at Chilka Lake (India's biggest inland lake spread over 1,100 square kilometers).
    • Evening return to Puri.
    • Enjoy and relax at Golden Beach, with free time for shopping at Puri local market.
    • Overnight at Puri.
  • Day 3: Puri - Konark (Sun Temple) - Bhubaneshwar
    • After breakfast from the hotel, drive to Konark on Marine Drive and visit Chandrabhaga Beach & Ramchandi Temple.
    • Visit the famous Sun Temple, called Black Pagoda, a 12th-century temple richly decorated with stone carvings.
    • Then drive to Bhubaneswar and visit Nandankanan Zoo (This zoo is famous for a variety of wildlife sanctuary & also famous for White Tiger & Lion Safari, Closed on Monday).
    • In the evening, check in to the hotel.
    • Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
  • Day 4: Bhubaneswar Local & Drop
    • After breakfast, visit local Bhubaneswar and explore Rajarani Temple, Mukteshwar Temple, Parshurameshwaram Temple, KedarGauri Temple, Khandagiri, and Udaygiri Jain Caves.
    • Visit the Tribal Museum (Closed on Monday), then enjoy free time for shopping at Ekamra Haat.
    • In the evening, transfer to Bhubaneswar Railway Station to catch the train for Kolkata.
  • Day 5: Arrival Kolkata & Local Sightseeing
    • Pickup from Kolkata Howrah Railway Station and check in at the hotel.
    • After relaxing, visit half-day local sightseeing in Kolkata – Victoria Memorial, St.
    • Paul's Cathedral Church, Birla Planetarium, and Indian Museum.
    • Overnight at Kolkata.
  • Day 6: Kolkata - Gangasagar - Kolkata
    • Early morning proceed to Gangasagar, Sagar Island, an island in the Ganges delta, lying on the continental shelf of the Bay of Bengal about 100 km south of Kolkata.
    • "Gangasagar" is a place of Hindu pilgrimage where hundreds of thousands of Hindus gather to take a holy dip at the confluence of the river Ganges and the Bay of Bengal and offer prayers (puja) in the Kapil Muni Temple.
    • Back to Kolkata hotel.
    • Overnight stay at Kolkata hotel.
  • Day 7: Local Kolkata -Departure Kolkata
    • After breakfast, visit local sightseeing of Kolkata, including Kalighat Temple, Science City, Howrah Bridge, Fort William, Eden Gardens, Shahid Minar, Belur Math, Dakshineswar Kali Temple, and Mother's Wax Museum.
    • Then drop at Kolkata airport/railway station.
