Terms & Conditions

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions. If the customer requires 4x4, they can pay the extra charges. Sharing Type: Selected by Customer will be as follows:

  • Day 1: Depart for Shimla - Kalpa
    • Board bus around 8 PM with VOYAGERS BEAT Team and reach Shimla via Bus (Applicable on "Delhi to Delhi trip") We begin this Spiti Valley Winter Expedition by hitting the road from Shimla.We pass through popular towns of Sarahan and Rampur Bushahr before entering the spectacular Kinnaur Valley.
    • Before entering Kalpa at 7549 feet, we catch a glimpse the famous Kinner Kailash Peak – said to be the summer adobe of Lord Shiva.At Kalpa, you will warm up with a piping cup of tea before checking into your warm hotel room.Overnight at a hotel in Kalpa
  • Day 2: Kalpa – Nako - Tabo - Kaza
    • We start the day with breakfast, checkout and head to a visit to the 1021 –year old Tabo Monastery, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    • Walk around this sacred site and gain a deeper understanding of Buddhism.We have a steaming hot lunch at Nako, before entering the magical SpitiValley.
    • Here, we spend the night at a comfortable and authentic homestay in Kaza.From Tabo, we drive to the spectacular Kaza.Overnight & dinner at a homestay in Kaza.
  • Day 3: Kaza – Key Monastary – Kibber - Kaza
    • We begin the day, with a drive to renowned Ki Monastery.
    • The car will firststop at the base of the monastery hill for the ultimate photo opportunity of thisremarkable structure amid white snow.Then we will move farther up the valley to the picturesque village of Kibber.From Kibber you can trek to Chicham Village, located across a sharp andprecipitous canyon traversable only by a suspended wire cable basket systemknown as a Jula.
    • We drive back to Kaza for the night.Overnight at a homestay in Kaza
  • Day 4: Kaza – Komik – Hikkim – Langza - Kaza
    • We drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world.The highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to ‘eye of a snow cock’.
    • Some of the common animals of the region are the Tibetan wolf, blue sheep, red fox, hare, snow cock, Himalayan griffin, rock pigeon etc.Later, we drive to Hikkim where we visit the world’s highest post office in the world.After sending out a postcard, we drive to Langza.
    • Langza village.Overnight at a homestay in Kaza
  • Day 5: Kaza - Kalpa
    • The day marks the beginning of the end of this expedition.
    • We make our way south towards Kinnaur Valley.
    • Along this journey, you can get to capture some scenic visions that you might have missed out on your camera.
    • After a scenic and memorable drive, we will end the journey at Kalpa.Overnight stay at a hotel in Kalpa
  • Day 6: Kalpa to Chitkul
    • Wake up early morning and after breakfast depart for Chitkul.Famously known as the last inhabited village on the Indo-Tibet Border, Chitkul is also the most beautiful village of the striking Baspa Valley in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh.
    • If escapism is your choice of travel drug, let me assure you, a trip to Chitkul will not disappoint.Reach Chitkul by evening.Check in to homestay.Dinner and overnight stay

  • Do not wander off on your own.

  • Please keep yourself hydrated throughout the trek and fuel yourself with some energy bars, protein bars, or any snacks to maintain the energy level.
  • Involve yourself in some physical activities like jumping, running, stretching, as it increases the stamina and strength of the body.
