• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.   • Day 1: DRIVE FROM SRINAGAR TO CHANDIMARH▼
    • Arrive at Srinagar and begin your journey to Chandimarh, passing through Shopian district along the historic Mughal Road.
    • This ancient route, once used by the Mughals, connects the Karakoram Valley in Pakistan to Srinagar Valley, traversing the breathtaking Pir Panjal range.
    • As you drive through the smooth roads of the Kashmir valley, consider a brief stop at Peer Baba, marking the division between Kashmir and Jammu.
    • Just ten minutes ahead, you'll encounter an army checkpoint, so keep your ID card accessible.
    • Upon reaching Chandimarh, explore its small market, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a peaceful overnight stay at the Guest House.
  • Day 2: TREK FROM CHANDIMARH TO THERA▼
    • After a hearty breakfast, start the day from the Tourism Lodge and head towards Noori Chamb waterfall, gradually ascending past a school and a 400-year-old Shiva temple.
    • Navigate through a small gully on the right to enter the forest section with a muddy trail, surrounded by dense mixed forest.
    • Pass through the picturesque Cheii village, where you can refill your water bottles before a steeper forest ascent with oak trees, pines, fir, and juniper shrubs.
    • Arrive at Girjan meadows, a vast green valley featuring a temporary dhaba and a shrine, then continue to Thera campsite.
    • Explore the area, enjoy the stunning sunset point, have dinner, and rest peacefully at the campsite.
  • Day 3: TREK FROM THERA TO KHUAN▼
    • After a hearty breakfast, embark on today's trek through the diverse landscapes of Girjan meadows, starting with a gentle ascent through a forested area filled with pine and oak trees, butterflies, and birdsong.
    • Reach the expansive Bada Thera meadow, which offers panoramic views and a water source for refilling, as the forest gradually transforms with a zig-zag path revealing the terrain you've crossed.
    • The final forest section leads to a ridge with mist-covered ledges reminiscent of North East treks, offering breathtaking valley views.
    • Arrive at the vast Paindhari meadows and continue a 2-kilometer walk to Khuan, nestled amidst stunning mountain folds with grazing Dhoks, a serene stream, and a boulder patch perfect for exploration.
    • Spend time relaxing in the serene surroundings, taking in the beauty of the landscape before settling down for the night.
    • As night descends, savor a delightful dinner and prepare for a peaceful overnight stay at your campsite.
  • Day 4: TREK FROM KHUAN TO NEELSAR▼
    • After a hearty breakfast, begin today's trek towards the much-anticipated Neelsar alpine lake, starting with a climb that offers glimpses of Griffons soaring in the skies.
    • Follow the trail to the left, descending slightly to cross a small stream amidst boulders, navigating with caution due to the risk of rockfalls and landslides.
    • Resume the ascent, taking about an hour to reach the summit, where you can pause to admire panoramic views of Khuan, meadows, and the Panjdhari valley.
    • As you reach the top, Byad meadows unfold before you, offering a green oasis distinct from the previous landscapes.
    • After a zig-zag climb, arrive at the enchanting Neelsar lake, where the serene beauty rewards your trekking efforts.
    • Explore Neelsar II, Neelsar III, Dingsar, and Gumsar lakes before enjoying a delicious dinner and settling in for a peaceful overnight stay at the campsite.
  • Day 5: FREK FROM NEELSAR TO CHANDANSAR▼
    • After a hearty breakfast, begin the challenging ascent to Kaldachni Pass, followed by a descent towards Nandansar through a boulder-strewn field.
    • The unmarked trail from Neelsar to the pass demands endurance.
    • An hour into the climb, reach a viewpoint offering glimpses of Katorisar and the upcoming left turn towards Kaldachni Pass.
    • Another hour of climbing brings you to the breathtaking Kaldachni Pass, where you can admire panoramic views of five lakes behind and Nandansar and Kaldachni lakes ahead.
    • Capture the beauty before carefully descending through a boulder field to Kaldachni lake.
    • After a short climb, Nandansar—one of the largest lakes—comes into view.
    • Due to local folklore, swimming in these sacred lakes is discouraged.
    • Trek along Nandansar’s rocky terrain, taking in the stunning mountain scenery, before descending towards the campsite near a stream.
    • Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at the campsite, resting after the demanding yet rewarding trek.
  • Day 6: TREK TO NANDAANSAR VIA HANDUSAR▼
    • After a hearty breakfast, carry only your daypack, as your main backpack will be retrieved during the descent to Nandansar.
    • The pass crossing consists of two sections.
    • The first section is a relatively manageable trail through loose mud and gravel, taking about 20 minutes.
    • Upon reaching a flat area, admire unique land formations and Griffons circling the cliffs on your left.
    • The second section is more challenging, requiring about an hour to reach the pass's summit.
    • With no marked trail, navigate through large boulders and loose rocks while keeping breaks to a minimum for a steady pace.
    • At approximately 13,400 feet, Khabi Ki Gali rewards you with a breathtaking view of Laksukhsar, a vast lake shimmering in deep oceanic blue, teal, aquamarine, and turquoise hues.
    • After exploring Handusar, begin your return journey, retracing your steps to Chandansar and descending into the Nandansar valley.
    • Enjoy a well-deserved dinner and rest for the night at the campsite, concluding a demanding yet rewarding day.
  • Day 7: Trek to PEER KI GALI / DRIVE TO SRINAGAR▼
    • After breakfast on your final trekking day, begin by tracing the valley where you've camped before ascending the left flank of the mountain, covering 1,135 feet in altitude over a 2.7 km distance.
    • About 1.5 km into the trek, pass Kalasar, a small lake.
    • Beyond this, the trail consists of gradual ascents and descents, becoming steeper as you near the pass but remaining well-established and manageable.
    • To your right, an open expanse unfolds, while the left side clings to the mountainside.
    • Take in stunning views of Nandansar Valley and the towering mountains before reaching and crossing the pass.
    • The descent from the pass to Peer Ki Gali features meadows and trails along the mountain ledge, offering a picturesque landscape.
    • The trail includes a stream crossing with boulders and possible patches of snow in early July.
    • Continuing through meadows, signs of civilization like Dhoks and Peer Ki Gali come into view.
    • Upon reaching the roadhead, your vehicle will be available for transport to Srinagar.
    • Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into your hotel.
    • Enjoy dinner and a restful overnight stay, marking the end of your trekking adventure.
  • Day 8: SRINAGAR DEPARTURE▼
    • After breakfast, proceed with an assisted departure to the airport.
    • Catch your flight for your onward journey.

In Kashmir, as per rules below are the places we have to take

Union Vehicles for sightseeing. We can book it for you on request or you can directly book and pay at the counter as well.

Sonamarg

Our vehicle will take you to Sonamarg.
But to visit Thajiwas Glacier you will have to book a
Pony / Horse directly at Sonamarg.
Approximate Pony / Horse Charges: Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2000/- per person

To visit Zero Point, you have to take a Union Vehicle. This is directly payable at actual.
We do not add this in package because visit to Zero Point is depend on weather conditions.
Approximately Union Cab Charges (sharedcab in 5 to 6 pax): Rs. 6100/- to Rs. 7000/- per
cab
During peak winters, vehicles do not go up to Sonamarg due to Snow.
 
 
Gulmarg

During peak winter/skiing season our vehicle can go up to Tanmarg only (depending on a
snow) from here you will have to take a chain vehicle to reach Gulmarg. Approximately
Chain Vehicle Charges (Shared between 4 to 6 pax): Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 1600/- per vehicle
On other days once you will reach Gulmarg, from Parking you can walk to Gondola Cable
Car Counter (1 km approx. one way) or you can opt for a Pony/ ATV at direct payment
basis.

Approximate Pony / Horse Charges: Rs. 300/ to Rs. 500/- per person Approximate ATV
Charges: Rs. 1200/- to Rs. 1500/- per person

Guide Charges IN Gulmarg: Rs. 900/- Gondola Cable Car Ride Charges
Phase 1: Rs. 740/- per person

Pahalgam

Union Vehicle to visit Aru Valley, Chandanawari & Betab Valley: Rs. 1600/- to Rs. 2500/- per
vehicle (shared between 6 or 7 pax) (Cost of Union vehicle in Pahalgham varies as per the
vehicle i.e., Van/ Tavera/Innova)

Betab valley Entry fees: - Rs.100/- Per person
