Activity Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Events: In case of bad weather or government restrictions, some activities may be canceled. The operator will make every effort to provide an alternate feasible option. However, no refunds will be given for such cancellations.

Payment Policy: Full payment must be made before the trip begins. Failure to clear pending dues may lead to cancellation of your booking.

Booking Transfer: Bookings are non-transferable. Only individuals whose names are registered at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

Air Conditioning Policy: Air conditioning will be switched off in hilly areas.

Additionally, the driver reserves the right to turn off the AC at any time for safety and comfort on difficult terrain.

Substance policy: Use of narcotics or banned substances is strictly prohibited.

Voyagers Beat holds no responsibility for any adverse outcomes.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, fireworks, or toxic substances are strictly banned. Offenders will be held accountable under Indian law.

Eviction Rights: Organizers reserve the right to evict any traveler without refund for misbehavior or violation of camp rules.

Property Damage: Any damage to camp items (tents, mattresses, etc.) must be paid at full MRP.

Personal belongings: Voyagers Beat is not liable for loss or damage to travelers' belongings.

ID Requirement: All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID.

Guest Entry Policy: Only registered travelers are allowed at the campsite. Outside guests must be pre-approved by the company.

Hot Water Notice: Hot water/geyser availability is not guaranteed.

4x4 Vehicle Policy: 4x4 vehicles are not included. If needed, extra charges apply.

Room Sharing (As Selected):

Quad Sharing: 4 people — 1 bed + 2 floor mattresses,
Triple Sharing: 3 people - I bed + I floor mattress, Double
Sharing: 2 people - 1 bed only

Safety & Belongings: Management is not responsible for any injuries or loss/theft during the trip.

Transport Delays-on-Breakdowns: In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait until repair is complete. No backup vehicle will be provided.

Force Majeure: Voyagers Beat is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or expenses due to natural disasters, weather, political unrest, or accidents.

Booking Policy: All bookings are non-exchangeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

Hotel Check-In/Out Policy: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed. Standard hotel policies apply.
