Note:- Due to comfort and safety reasons, we recommend you all to  carry your own helmets for the ride. The helmets which we provide  are of standard size so there can be some discrepancies regarding  the sizes. Accommodations on sharing basis as per itinerary. The cost  for double sharing will differ.

Any Airfare / Rail-fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation from Manali or Srinagar. Parking fee, monument entry fees during sightseeing.

Any costing arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne by the customer on the spot).

Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost and security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/-. As per the deposit policy (This is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts required. The refund would be credited after 7 business days).

The Group Will Assemble At The Pick-up Point By 7 PM (Tentative) In The Evening. We'll meet The Team Captains And A Small Tour Briefing Session Will Be Conducted. We Will Begin Our Overnight Journey TO Manali.

Check In To The Hotel, Freshen Up & Have Breakfast. A Short Brief For The Next Day TO Start Our Trip Further We Have Kept This Day For Acclimatization Purposes. Later Head-Out For Self-Exploration Of Manali - Like Vasishta Temple, Hadimba Temple, The Mall Road, Jogini Waterfall. Come Back To The Hotel, Overnight Stay At The Hotel. Call It An Early Night To Rest And prepare For The Upcoming Adventures.

After Early Morning Breakfast, We Will Head Towards Sarchu While Traversing Through The Iconic Atal Tunnel And Baralacha La (15,910 Ft.). En Route, We'll Also Make A Pit Stop At Deepak Tal Which Is A Pristine Lake In The Himalayas. We'll Also Be Traversing The Zing Zing Bar As Well As Suraj Tal Which IS Yet Another High-Altitude Lake. Upon Our Arrival In Sarchu, We Will Indulge In Croup Bonding Activities Followed By Dinner And An Overnight Stay.

Post Breakfast, The Bikers Will Get Their Allotted Bikes And Start Their Ride. En Route, We'll Be Traversing Three Iconic High-Altitude Passes Which Are Nakee La (15,547 Ft), Lachung La (16,600 Ft), And Tanglang La (17,480 Ft) We'll Also Be Riding Through The Enthralling Cata Loops Which Consists Of 21 Hairpin Bends On The Manali Leh Highway. We'll Also Be Traversing The Iconic More Plains Which Is An Aesthetic 40 Kilometer Stretch Of Land & upshi Which Is A Tiny Ladakhi Hamlet. Upon Our Arrival In Leh, We'll Check Into Our Designated Stay. Dinner Followed By An Overnight Stay In Leh.

Wake Up Early In The Morning, Enjoy The Exquisite View. Post Breakfast, We'll Head Out For Nubra Valley. Enroute, We Will Make A Pit Stop For Getting Snacks At The Second Highest Motorable Roads In The World, Khardung La Pass (18,380 Ft). Upon Reaching Nubra Valley, We'll Check Into Our Campsite. In The Evening, We Will Visit Hunder Village: Famous For Sand - Dunes Where Travelers Can Indulge In Double Hump Bactrian Camel Rides, ATV Rides, And Much More. (On Personal Expense) We Will Return Back TO The Camps, Enjoy The Hot Served Dinner And Overnight Stay In Nubra Valley.

Post-Breakfast, We'll Check Out From Our Campsite And Head Towards Pangong Lake. En-Route, We Will Visit The Diskit Monastery, (100ft Tall Colourful Statue Of Buddha). After Paying Our Reverence At The Monastery, We Will Resume Our Journey Towards Pangong, (The Iconic Lake That Has Gained Popularity Ever Since Featuring In The Bollywood Blockbuster Movies Like 3 Idiots And Jab Tak Hai Jaan). Pangong Tso Is A High Altitude Alpine Lake And Is The Most Fascinating Lake Because It Changes Its Color. Upon Reaching Pangong, We Will Check In To Our Cottages/ Camps Where We Will Have Dinner Followed By Overnight Stay.

After Spending A Night Under The Starry Skies And Waking up To The Beautiful View Of Pangong Lake, We Will Have Breakfast Early In The Morning. Traversing Through Chang La Pass (17,800 Ft), Which Is Third Highest Passes In The World, We Will Head Back To Leh. You Can Also Visit The Chang-La Cafe, Changla Baba Temple. Further, Visit The Druk Padma Karpo School, Famed For The Movie '3 Idiots' As The Site Where The Last Scene Was Shot. En Route, we Will Visit The Shey Palace (Popular For Its 12-Meter-Ta 11 Cold-Gilded Buddha Statue Of Shakyamuni. We Will Also Pay Our Respects At Thiksey Monastery, Which Is The Largest Monastery In Central Ladakh. upon Reaching Leh, We Will Check Into Our Hotel Where We Will Have Dinner And Spend The Night. Note: Visiting Shey Palace And Thiksey Monastery Are Subject To Time.

Post Breakfast, We'll Check Out Of Leh And Head Towards Sarchu \ Traversing The Same Picturesque Roads That We Did Before. Bikers Will Drop Their Bikes Here In Sarchu. Upon Our Arrival In Sarchu, We'll Check Into Our Campsites At Sarchu. Dinner Followed By An Overnight Stay In Sarchu.

After Breakfast, We'll Check Out Of Our Campsite And Start Our Return Journey To Manali. upon Our Arrival In Manali, We'll Spend The Rest Of The Day At Leisure. In The Evening, We'll Take An Overnight Bus From Manali For Our Final way Back To Delhi.

upon Arrival In Delhi, The Group Will Part Ways With Fond Memories Of The Trip. End Of Leh Tour With New Buddies And Stories

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.
