day 1: arrival in darjeeling
our representative will receive you at new jalpaiguri railway station (njp), bagdogra airport (ixb), or tenzing norgay bus stand. from there, enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 105 km (3.5 – 4 hours) to darjeeling. situated at an altitude of 2,123 meters (7,000 feet), darjeeling is known as the "queen of the hills" for its breathtaking beauty, rolling tea gardens, and spectacular views of mount everest. it's also home to the unesco world heritage site — the darjeeling himalayan railway (dhr).

day 2: darjeeling local sightseeing (half day)
start early at around 3:45 am and drive to tiger hill (2,440 meters) to witness a stunning sunrise over the kanchenjunga peak (weather permitting). en route back, visit:

return to hotel for breakfast. after a short rest, proceed for a half-day local sightseeing tour covering:

day 3: full-day excursion to mirik
after breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive (approx. 60 km / 2 hours) to mirik, a charming hill town centered around sumendu lake. activities include:
boating in the lake
horse riding
exploring landscaped gardens and tea estates
optional visit to pashupati market (nepal border, subject to regulations)
return to darjeeling in the evening.

day 4: transfer to kalimpong + sightseeing
after breakfast, drive 65 km (1.5 – 2 hours) to kalimpong, located at an altitude of 1,243 meters (4,078 feet). it’s a peaceful hill station known for its colonial architecture, scenic beauty, and nurseries.
on arrival, check-in to your hotel and proceed for local sightseeing:

after breakfast, proceed to gangtok (approx. 105 km / 2.5 hours). located in the eastern himalayas, gangtok is the capital of sikkim and a vibrant city known for its culture and natural beauty.

day 6: excursion to tsomgo lake & baba mandir
after breakfast, take a full-day excursion to:
tsomgo lake (changu lake) – a glacial lake located at 12,310 feet, often snow-covered and home to migratory birds like brahmini ducks.
baba harbhajan singh mandir – a revered temple with spiritual significance.
(optional: visit to nathula pass – subject to permits and weather conditions. closed on mondays & tuesdays.)
return to gangtok by evening.

day 7: departure
after breakfast, check out and proceed to siliguri / njp railway station / bagdogra airport / tenzing norgay bus stand (approx. 135 km / 4.5 – 5 hours).
