• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.   • Day 1 : Bagdogra Pick up to Phuentsholing and night stay.
    • Pick up from Bagdogra, meet and greet on arrival.
    • Night stay in Phuentsholing.
  • Day 2 : Phuentsholing to Thimphu night stay
    • Morning after breakfast and processing the permit, drive to Kharbandi Gumpa / Milerapa Lhakhang.
    • Enjoy spectacular mountain views and peaceful countryside while driving to Thimphu via Gedu (9000 ft), with a view of Chukha Dam.
    • Stopover for a photo session at Wankha Waterfalls.
    • On arrival at Thimphu, check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Thimphu.
  • Day 3 : Thimphu Sightseeing night stay.
    • Morning, go for a full-day local sightseeing tour of Thimphu, including visits to Simtokha Dzong, Buddha Point, and Simply Bhutan, followed by a lunch break.
    • Continue sightseeing at Takin Reserve Center and a viewpoint offering a view of Tashi Chhoe Dzong, Supreme Court, and SAARC Conference Hall, followed by a visit to Centenary Farmer’s Market.
    • If interested, stroll around the city in the evening.
    • Overnight stay in Thimphu.
  • Day 4 : Thimphu to Dochula, Punakha Sightseeing & back to Punakha night stay.
    • Morning drive to Dochula Pass (3,150m), which offers the most enchanting views of Bhutan.
    • Later, drive to Punakha and visit Chimmi Lakhang, Pho Chu & Mo Chu River, Punakha Dzong, and Suspension Bridge.
    • Overnight stay at a hotel in Punakha.
  • Day 5 : Punakha to Paro and night stay
    • Morning drive from Punakha through the Wangchu River valley, passing through the suburbs and villages of Thimphu, to reach Chuzom, a hub of road networks leading to Paro, Haa, and Phuentsholing.
    • From Chuzom, follow the Pa Chu River upstream, passing Tachogang Temple on the other side of the river and enjoying roadside sightseeing.
    • Overnight stay in Paro.
  • Day 6 : Paro Sightseeing and night stay Paro.
    • In the morning, visit NYA MEY ZAM BRIDGE, RINPUNG DZONG, KICHU LHAKHANG, INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Bird Eye View), NATIONAL MUSEUM, and TIGER NEST VIEW.
    • Explore PARO RIVER and IRON BRIDGE (TAMCHU).
    • Overnight stay at a hotel in Paro.
  • Day 7 : Paro to chellela Sightseeing & return Paro night stay.
    • Morning drive to Chellela View Point for sightseeing.
    • Chelle La Pass, at over 13,000 ft, is the highest road pass in Bhutan, offering stunning views of the Himalayas, especially Mt.
    • Jhomolari, Bhutan’s most sacred peak at over 22,000 feet.
    • Apart from the breathtaking view, the pass is also a hotspot for diverse flora and fauna.
    • Drive back to Paro and overnight stay at a hotel in Paro.
  • Day 8 : Paro to Phuentsholing and Night stay.
    • Morning drive from Paro to Phuentsholing.
    • Night stay in Phuentsholing.
  • Day 9 : Phuentsholing to Bagdogra drop
