• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.   • Day 0: DEPARTURE FOR CHITKUL-LAST VILLAGE OF INDIA
    • Meet our representative at the boarding point.
    • Board an evening Ac tempo traveller / Bus from Delhi / Chandigarh.
    • There you will be introduced to your fellow travellers Trip Captain will help with sitting arrangements and your luggage After the arrangements are done the traveller/bus will depart.
  • Day 1: ARRIVAL AT SHIMLA | DEPARTURE TO SANGLA
    • Arrive at Shimla by morning.
    • Freshen up & have Breakfast.
    • Later prepare to depart for Sangla.
    • Reach Sangla by evening and check in to your stays.
    • Go out for a nature walk to enjoy the sunset & snow-clad mountain view.
    • Get ready to celebrate Holika Dahan and Dinner will be served later on.
  • Day 2: ENJOY SANGLA HOLI CELEBRATION
    • Wake up and have breakfast.
    • After breakfast, we will move towards the village and enjoy the best of the Holi festival today.
    • Holi in Sangla is a way of inviting blessings and announcing the arrival of spring.
    • We will join the procession, which will walk through the villages around Sangla, dancing, singing, experiencing the local way of celebrating Holi, and getting a taste of the local liquor.
    • This will be the day when the Holi energy truly kicks in Dinner will be served later.
  • Day 3: DEPARTURE FROM CHITKUL TO KALPA
    • After a delicious breakfast, we will leave from Chitkul to Kalpa On the way, we will make a stop at Roghi Suicide Point and Reckong Peo market.
    • From Roghi suicide point, we will depart for Kalpa Explore Kalpa village and the temple Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Kalpa.
  • Day 4: KALPA TO SHIMLA | DEPARTURE TO DELHI
    • After breakfast, we will leave for Shimla.
    • On the way, we will have a look at Kinner Kailash's peaks.
    • In the evening we will board a bus to Delhi.
    • Overnight bus jaurney from Shimla to Delhi.
    • Trip Ends.
