• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.   • Day 1: Airport to Namchi
    • Guests will be received by our official at Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus (Junction).
    • He will assist you for the onward journey to Namchi.
    • Namchi is located at an average elevation of 1315 meters and is nearly 100 kilometers away, taking about 3-4 hours by road.A perfect destination for tourists in search of enchantment, tranquility, trekking, or other adventure activities.
    • It is known as the land of monasteries, festivals, and natural beauty, with the only tea estate in Sikkim at an elevation of 1675 meters (5500 feet).In the evening, enjoy free time to stroll around MG Marg Local Market.
    • Overnight stay at Namchi.
  • Day 2: Namchi Sightseeing & Gangtok Transfer
    • Early morning breakfast.The local sightseeing will be in a Maruti van (as per the local norm).
    • Sid-Dharman is a unique pilgrimage and cultural center with a 108-foot statue of Lord Shiva and replicas of the four major Dhams of the country: Jagannath, Dwarika, Rameswaram, and Badrinath.
    • The replicas are located at the Solophok Hilltop in Namchi.
    • Visit the Rock Garden, a few kilometers up from the town on the way to Samdruptse.
    • The garden showcases a wide variety of flora and is a local recreation and picnic spot.
    • After sightseeing, return to the hotel for lunch or have lunch on the way.
    • Later, transfer to Gangtok.
    • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • Day 3: Gangtok Sightseeing
    • Morning breakfast.After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Gangtok.
    • The sightseeing will be for half a day, ensuring a comfortable drive and minimum travel distance.
    • Sightseeing includes:Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom Research Institute of Tibetology Do Drul Chorten (Stupa)Enchoy Monastery White HallFlower Show Ganesh Tori Hanuman Tori Tashi View Point Banjhakri Falls (one of the finest falls close to Gangtok).
    • Return to the hotel.
    • Evening free to roam around MG Road (Mall) or visit local shopping centers.
    • There are a few discotheques in Gangtok where you can spend time.
    • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • Day 4: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
    • Morning breakfast at the hotel.Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (around 40 kilometers).
    • Tsomgo Lake is an oval-shaped lake, nearly 50 feet deep.
    • It is generally covered in snow for most of the year.
    • The lake is home to Brahmini ducks and many migratory birds.
    • Nearby, visit the sacred Baba Mandir, which is a very holy site.
    • The Nathu La Pass to the Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is an optional tour.
    • Return to Gangtok.Evening free to roam around MG Road (Mall) or visit local shopping centers.
    • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
    • (In case of a landslide or if Tsomgo Lake is closed for any other reason, alternate sightseeing will be provided.)
  • Day 5: Transfer to Darjeeling
    • After breakfast at the hotel, begin the onward journey to Darjeeling.
    • Distance: Nearly 110 kilometers, taking about 3-3.5 hours by road.
    • Darjeeling is situated at an elevation of 2123 meters (7000 feet) on a ridge and is known for breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens, and spectacular views of Mount Everest.
    • Darjeeling is also famous for its Orthodox Tea and is home to many international schools and the internationally renowned Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI).
    • It is also home to the famous World Heritage Train (UNESCO) – The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR), Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, and the famous Tea Estate.
    • Check into the hotel.
    • Evening free for leisure.
    • Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
  • Day 6: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
    • Early morning: Around 4:00 AM, drive through primitive forests of oak and magnolia to Tiger Hill to view the sunrise over the Kangchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather).
    • On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop.
    • Return to the hotel for breakfast.
    • After breakfast, rest for a while and proceed for half-day sightseeing.
    • Sightseeing includes: Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday) Ropeway Tensing Gumpo Rock Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) Tea Estate Natural History Museum (Closed on Sunday) Peace Pagoda Return to the hotel.
    • Evening free to stroll around the area.
    • Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
  • Day 7: Departure
    • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
    • Transfer to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction).
    • Distance: Nearly 105 kilometers, taking about 3-4 hours by road.
    • End of the tour.
