Terms & Conditions

• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.   • Day 00 : Delhi to Kasol | Overnight Journey (514kms)
    • The group assembles at the pick-up point at 7 PM (tentative) with heaps of excitement for the Himachal Explorer Edition.
    • We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing session will also be provided Afterward, we’ll head out for an overnight journey to Kasol You can indulge in group bonding sessions and get to know fellow travelers along the way
  • Day 01 : Chalal Village Sightseeing Day Cafe Hopping
    • Rise & Shine, you have arrived at the one and only Parvati Valley! Upon arrival in Kasol, we will check in to our designated hotel where we'll have lunch.
    • Afterward, we'll hike towards Chalal which is a quaint village that offers beautiful views of the entire Parvati Valley.
    • After spending some peaceful hours surrounded by nature, we'll head back.
    • Afterward, we will visit the Local market, and indulge in Cafe Hopping to explore the array of cafes that Kasol has to offer In the evening, we will celebrate Christmas with Music, Food, Cake, a Bonfire, and more.
    • Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kasol.
    • Highlight of the Day: Chalal hike, Local market exploration, and cafe hopping.
    • Note: Standard Check-In time is 01:00 PM
  • Day 02 : KASOL SIGHTSEEING DAY
    • After early morning breakfast, we'll head for a sightseeing tour where we'd be visiting the Manikaran Temple and Manikaran Gurudwara, both of which hold extreme religious importance.
    • We will also visit the Hot Water Springs in Manikaran which are considered extremely sacred by the locals.
    • In the evening you can again explore the local markets.
    • In the evening, we will have dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kasol Highlight of the Day: Manikaran Temple and Gurudwara
  • Day 03 : KASOL TO MANALI
    • After early morning breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and head towards our next destination which is Manali.
    • The picturesque town is popular among backpackers for offering both adventure and solitude.
    • Upon our arrival in Manali, we'll check into our designated hotel rooms.
    • In the evening we will visit Manali Mall Road and Hadimba temple, an ancient cave temple believed to be 500 years old.
    • Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Manali Highlight of the Day: Manali exploration, Hadimba temple and Mall Road
  • Day 04 : SOLANG VALLEY EXCURSION
    • After early morning breakfast, we will head towards Solang Valley, a paradise for adventure enthusiasts.
    • Upon our arrival in Solang Valley, travelers can indulge in activities like Zorbing, Skiing, ATV rides, Paragliding, Zipline, and more.
    • (On personal expense).
    • Once we've had our fair share of adrenaline, we will head back to Manali.
    • Afterward, We will also be visiting the Vashisht Temple and Vashisht Hot water springs which are believed to have healing properties.
    • Dinner and Overnight Stay in Manali Highlight of the Day: Hadimba Temple, Vashist temple and Vashisht Hot water
  • Day 05 : MANALI TO JIBHI
    • After having your breakfast check out from your hotel and head towards Jibhi which is a tiny hamlet nestled between lush green forests in the Tirthan Valley of Himachal Pradesh.
    • En route to Jibhi, we'll indulge in a River Rafting session.
    • Upon reaching Jibhi in the evening, we’ll check into our hotel.
    • The rest of the day is at leisure but travelers are advised to go to Cafe Hopping and explore the Local Market.
    • Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Jibhi.
    • Highlight of the Day: Thrilling River Rafting and Cafe Hopping.
  • Day 06 : TREK TO JALORI PASS AND SEROLSAR LAKE (9 Kilometers, 5 Hours)
    • After early morning breakfast, we will head out for a trek to Jalori Pass.
    • The trek leads you to the 360º viewpoint which offers a stunning view of the entire valley along with the Pir Panjal ranges of the Himalayas fro After traversing through Jalori Pass, we will also visit the pristine Serolsar Lake which is a high-altitude lake nestled amidst alpine forests.
    • Just beside the lake, there is a temple that holds extreme significance for the locals where you can pay your respects as well.
    • Afterwards, we will descend and return to our hotel where we will spend some leisure time.
    • In the evening, we will have dinner followed by an overnight stay in Jibhi Highlight of the Day: Jalori Pass and Serolsar Lake Trek
  • Day 07 : JIBHI TO BIR (138 Kilometers)
    • After early morning breakfast, we will check out of our hotel and head towards Bir which is situated at an elevation of 5,003 ft and is popularly known as the Paragliding Capital of India.
    • Bir Billing has the Second Highest Take off point for Paragliding in the World and hence attracts adventure enthusiasts from all over the country Upon our arrival in Bir, we'll check into our hotel.
    • The rest of the day is at leisure but travelers can explore the array of cafes that Bir has to offer.
    • Dinner followed by an overnight stay at Bir
  • Day 08 : BIR TO MCLEODGANJ | PARAGLIDING SESSION
    • After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our hotels in Bir and head towards Billing which is the take-off point for paragliding where Bir is the landing site.
    • Collectively they provide the perfect opportunity for a paragliding session.
    • After our Paragliding session in Bir Billing, we'll head towards Mcledoganj which is a vibrant town nestled in Himachal Pradesh known for its rich Tibetan Culture.
    • En route we'd be traversing through Dharamshala which is the humble abode of the Dalai Lama.
    • We will also visit the Dharamshala Stadium which is situated at an altitude of 4,780 ft and is the Highest fully functional International Cricket Ground in the World.
    • Afterward, we'll resume our journey to McledoGanj.
  • Day 09 : MCLEODGANJ SIGHTSEEING | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY TO DELHI OVERNIGHT
    • After early morning breakfast, we will check out of our hotel Afterward, we will head out for a local sightseeing tour where we will be visiting Bhagsunag waterfall and the local Tibetan Market, and will also go for cafe hopping.
    • In the evening we’ll board the return bus for Delhi and head out for an overnight journey.
  • Day 10 : DELHI ARRIVAL | TOUR ENDS
    • We will reach Delhi early morning at 9 AM (tentative).
    • The group will part ways with fond memories from the trip.
