• The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the drivers discretion to put off the AC as and when required, considering the travelers safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.

• Voyagers Beat and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tour and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed during the trip. Company/Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any traveler anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.

• Any loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsites is subject to full payment of the product MRP.

• Voyagers Beat wont be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued valid ID card. Only travelers staying with Voyagers Beat will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, youll have to pre-notify us. Guest entry will be allowed only if permitted by company. Availability of hot water/geyser is not promised. 4x4 vehicle will not be provided in any climatic conditions.   • Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Darjeeling
    • Our representative will receive you at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) and assist you with the transfer to Darjeeling (approx.
    • 105 km / 3.5 to 4 hours drive).
    • Located at an altitude of 2,123 meters (7,000 feet), Darjeeling is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens, and stunning views of Mount Everest.
    • Known as the Queen of the Hills, it is also home to the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR), a UNESCO World Heritage site.
    • Check-in at the hotel.
    • The evening is free to explore the Mall Road or local shopping areas.
    • Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
  • Day 2: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing (Half Day)
    • Early Morning (around 3:45 AM): Drive to Tiger Hill (2,440 meters) through dense forests of oak and magnolia to witness the sunrise over the Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather).
    • On the way back, visit: Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial.
    • Return to the hotel for breakfast.
    • After a short rest, proceed for a half-day city tour covering: Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursdays), Darjeeling Ropeway, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sundays), Natural History Museum (Closed on Sundays), Peace Pagoda.
    • Return to the hotel.
    • Evening at leisure.
    • Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
  • Day 3: Transfer to Kalimpong & Sightseeing
    • After breakfast, drive to Kalimpong (approx.
    • 65 km / 1.5 to 2 hours).
    • Situated at an altitude of 1,243 meters (4,078 feet), Kalimpong is a picturesque town known for its vibrant market, colonial-era charm, and spectacular views of the Eastern Himalayas.
    • Check-in at the hotel.
    • Later, proceed for local sightseeing, visiting: Forest Museum (Closed on Thursdays), Deolo Hill, Hanuman Mandir, Dr.
    • Graham's Homes, Durpin Monastery, Mangal Dham Temple, Pine View Nursery (famous for its collection of cacti).
    • Return to the hotel.
    • Evening free to explore the nurseries or local market.
    • Overnight stay in Kalimpong.
  • Day 4: Transfer to Pelling & Local Sightseeing (Half Day)
    • After breakfast, transfer to Pelling (approx.
    • 90 km / 2.5 to 3 hours drive).
    • Located at 2,072 meters (6,800 feet), Pelling offers panoramic views of snow-capped peaks including Mount Pandim, Kanchenjunga, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, and others.
    • Visit the following attractions: Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake – A sacred lake revered in Buddhism.
    • It is believed that wishes made here come true.
    • A unique feature is that not a single leaf is allowed to float on its surface—birds are said to pick them off instantly, Khecheopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga Waterfalls.
    • Return to the hotel.
    • Evening free to stroll around the helipad area or visit the local market.
    • Overnight stay in Pelling.
  • Day 5: Transfer to Gangtok & Local Sightseeing
    • After breakfast, transfer to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim (approx.
    • 135 km / 3 to 4 hours drive).
    • Known for its clean streets, rich culture, and scenic views, Gangtok is a modern town with a mix of tradition and natural beauty.
    • Check-in at the hotel.
    • Then proceed for local sightseeing, including: Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Exhibition Centre.
    • Return to the hotel.
    • Evening free to explore MG Road or nearby shops.
    • Overnight stay in Gangtok.
  • Day 6: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
    • After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to: Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) – Situated at an altitude of 12,000 feet, this glacial lake is oval-shaped and about 50 feet deep.
    • It's often snow-covered and home to migratory birds, including the Brahmini ducks.
    • Baba Mandir – A sacred shrine dedicated to 'Baba' Harbhajan Singh, a soldier revered as a saint.
    • Optional Tour: Nathula Pass (20 km from Baba Mandir; subject to permit availability and weather conditions).
    • Return to Gangtok.
    • Evening free for leisure or shopping at MG Road.
    • Overnight stay in Gangtok.
    • Note: If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to landslides or weather, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
  • Day 7: Departure – Gangtok to NJP / IXB / Siliguri
    • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (approx.
    • 135 km / 4.5 to 5 hours drive).
    • Guests are advised to start early to ensure a timely arrival.
